Instructions
Place the sour cream, cream cheese, and Apple Strudel Balsamic Infused Vinegar in a large bowl (or food processor bowl). Use a stick blender, hand mixer, or food processor to mix the three ingredients together until well blended, creamy, and smooth.
Taste the dip. I like my dip fairly sharp, but if you would prefer yours to be sweeter, add 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar and mix well until the dip is once again creamy and smooth.
Core and slice the apples. If not serving immediately, toss or brush the slices with lemon juice to keep them from browning.
Arrange the dip, apple slices, and wheat crackers on a serving tray. Garnish the dip with chopped walnuts, if desired. Serve, and enjoy!
