Pickle Creek Blackberry Ginger Infused Balsamic

fresh blackberries

sweet pickled beets, halved and sliced

ounces
honey goat cheese, crumbled
Instructions
Rinse and divide the arugula between two large salad bowls. Add 1 Tbsp Blackberry Ginger Balsamic and toss arugula to coat with vinegar.
Top each salad with blackberries, pickled beet halves, and crumbled goat cheese. Serve fresh, and Enjoy!
