Ingredients
  • 1lb bowtie pasta
  • 4whole Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2small zucchini, diced
  • 1 cucumber, scored and diced
  • ½mediuim red onion, diced
  • ½c black olives, chopped
  • 8oz Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 10oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • ¼c Pickle Creek Tarragon Infused White Wine Vinegar
  • ¼c Pickle Creek Roasted Garlic Infused Olive Oil
  • Salt & black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
  2. Mix vegetables, olives, Feta cheese, Greek Oregano & Garlic Olive Oil, and Tarragon White Wine Vinegar together. Stir in cooled pasta. Season to taste with salt & black pepper.
  3. Chill and Enjoy!
