Ingredients
  • 1head (~4 c) broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/4c Pickle Creek Lemon Basil & Garlic Infused Olive Oil
  • 1-2Tbsp Pickle Creek Jalapeno Infused Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & black pepper
Instructions
  1. Whisk together the Lemon Basil & Garlic Olive Oil and Jalapeno Balsamic Vinegar until well combined. Season to taste with salt & black pepper. Add the broccoli florets to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium high heat and place a grill pan on the grill.
  3. Add the marinated broccoli and cook the broccoli for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook another 3-4 minutes, until slightly browned but still tender-crisp.
  4. Take the broccoli off the grill pan and place into a serving bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. Enjoy!
