Ingredients

Pickle Creek Infused Jalapeno Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
Dice the onion and place it in a medium-sized bowl.
Dice the tomatoes, but add only the fleshy part of the tomatoes to the bowl with the onions (leave the seeds out of the bowl).
Remove the seeds and the pith of the jalapeno, dice, and add to the bowl.
Chop the cilantro and add to the bowl.
Drizzle on the lime juice and Jalapeno Balsamic Vinegar and season with salt. Stir well to combine and serve with your favorite tortilla chips. Enjoy!
