2Tbspmascarpone cheese
2sliceswhite cheddar cheese
6fresh basil leaves
4ozlobster meat
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add Lemon Basil & Garlic Olive Oil to coat the bottom of the skillet.
Spread mascarpone cheese on 2 pieces of bread and then place the bread in the skillet. Layer each slice with white cheddar, fresh basil, and lobster. Top with more bread.
Cook 3-4 min until bottom bread is golden brown, flip the sandwich, and cook 3-4 min more until the other side is golden and cheese is melted. Enjoy!
