Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place sweet potatoes on a large baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the sweet potatoes and toss to coat. Spread sweet potatoes in an even layer across the pan. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
Roast, turning frequently, until the potatoes are soft and golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes. Place roasted sweet potatoes in serving bowl and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Enjoy!
