Ingredients

pasta
cooked al dente
1/2
c
red onion
chopped

mix of green and Kalamata olives
halved

cherry tomatoes
halved

mix of green and red or yellow bell pepper
chopped

Pickle Creek infused olive oil
1/3
c
Pickle Creek infused balsamic vinegar

dried Greek oregano

feta cheese

Instructions
Place pasta, red onion, olives, tomatoes, and bell pepper in a large bowl.
Whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, and oregano in a small bowl and add to the pasta mix. Toss until everything is well mixed.
Fold in the feta cheese and season to taste with salt and fresh black pepper. Add a little more olive oil or vinegar, if desired. Enjoy!
