Lemon Basil & Garlic Olive Oil, with its light, bright, and sunshiny flavor, is the perfect olive oil for sauteing, grilling or roasting vegetables such as asparagus, zucchini, peas, broccoli, and spinach. It also is fantastic for sauteing, grilling or roasting chicken, salmon, or shrimp. It’s amazing in pastas such as pasta primavera.
The subtle lemon flavor, which comes from the lemon basil plant, makes it perfect for egg dishes, such as simple scrambled eggs or vegetable quiches. It’s also a natural for pairing with many of the Pickle Creek balsamic vinegars to drizzle over tomatoes or onto delicious salads. Here are some of my favorite recipes for Lemon Basil & Garlic Olive Oil . . . . Happy Eating!
