Jalapeno Grilled Sweet Corn

- 4 ears sweet corn, shucked with silks stripped away
- 2-3 tbsp Pickle Creek Jalapeno Infused Olive Oil

Instructions
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat. Place each ear of sweet corn on a square piece of aluminum foil.
Drizzle infused olive oil over the corn (1-3 tsp per ear) and use a basting/pastry brush (or even just your clean fingers!) to spread evenly over the corn. Season with salt & black pepper. Then wrap the foil around each ear of corn.
Grill the ears of corn until tender, 20 to 30 minutes, turning frequently to prevent burning on any one side of the corn. Remove from the grill & check for doneness by poking a fork into a kernel; if the corn is done the kernel should be soft and easy to poke.
