- 1-2 tbsp Pickle Creek Lavender Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 c Greek yogurt or other yogurt of your choosing
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 4 tbsp granola vanilla or honey flavored

Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, toss 1-2 tbsp of the Lavender Balsamic Vinegar with the rinsed and drained blueberries. Use just enough vinegar to coat berries. Set aside.
- Layer your parfaits in 2 small jars (you can also use bowls instead of jars). Begin by adding 1/4 c yogurt to the bottom of each jar. Then add 1/4 of the blueberries to each jar, followed by 1 tbsp of granola to each jar.
- Repeat the layers: 1/4 c yogurt, 1/4 of the blueberries (this should finish off the berries), 1 tbsp granola. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
