Lavender Blueberry Parfait
Add new spice to your usual fruit yogurt parfait by tossing in a little Lavender Balsamic Vinegar!

  • 1-2 tbsp Pickle Creek Lavender Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 c Greek yogurt or other yogurt of your choosing
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 4 tbsp granola vanilla or honey flavored

  • 1-2 tbsp Pickle Creek Lavender Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 c Greek yogurt or other yogurt of your choosing
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 4 tbsp granola vanilla or honey flavored
Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, toss 1-2 tbsp of the Lavender Balsamic Vinegar with the rinsed and drained blueberries. Use just enough vinegar to coat berries. Set aside.
  2. Layer your parfaits in 2 small jars (you can also use bowls instead of jars). Begin by adding 1/4 c yogurt to the bottom of each jar. Then add 1/4 of the blueberries to each jar, followed by 1 tbsp of granola to each jar.
  3. Repeat the layers: 1/4 c yogurt, 1/4 of the blueberries (this should finish off the berries), 1 tbsp granola. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
