Again, add ~1 Tbsp Prairie Fire to the skillet and heat over medium-high heat. When the olive oil is fairly hot (but not smoking!), add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Sauté until the onions are fragrant and the peppers are just tender. Add the garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the garlic is fragrant. Add the ham, bacon, or spam and cook with the veggies and garlic, stirring constantly, for another couple minutes until the meat is heated through.
