- 1 bulb garlic preferably hardneck
- 1 tbsp. Pickle Creek infused olive oil
- 1 loaf crusty French or Italian bread
- sea salt & freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
- Heat your over to 350 degrees F.
- Carefully peel the paperlike skin from around each bulb of garlic, leavening just enough skin behind to hold the cloves together. Cut a 1/4- to 1/2-inch slice from the top of each bulb to expose the cloves. Place bulb, cut side up, on a square of aluminium foil large enough to fully envelope the garlic head when you are ready to wrap it up.
- Drizzles the olive oil over the garlic bulb bulb. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap the foil securely around the bulb and place in a baking pan, casserole dish, or pie plate.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes until the garlic is tender when pierce with a fork. Cool slightly. To serve, gently squeeze the roasted garlic out of the clove onto the sliced warm bread. Use a knife to spread the softened garlic. Enjoy!
