A very easy and yummy dip featuring Pickle Creek Apple Strudel Infused Balsamic Vinegar.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c cream cheese
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1/4 c Pickle Creek Apple Strudel Infused Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar, packed (optional)
- 2 whole apples
- 2 handfuls wheat crakcers
- 1-2 Tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions
- Place the sour cream, cream cheese, and Apple Strudel Balsamic Infused Vinegar in a large bowl (or food processor bowl). Use a stick blender, hand mixer, or food processor to mix the three ingredients together until well blended, creamy, and smooth.
- Taste the dip. I like my dip fairly sharp, but if you would prefer yours to be sweeter, add 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar and mix well until the dip is once again creamy and smooth.
- Core and slice the apples. If not serving immediately, toss or brush the slices with lemon juice to keep them from browning.
- Arrange the dip, apple slices, and wheat crackers on a serving tray. Garnish the dip with chopped walnuts, if desired. Serve, and enjoy!
