Ingredients
- 2 large handfuls arugula (or other fresh field greens)
- 2 Tbsp Pickle Creek Blackberry Ginger Infused Balsamic
- 1 pint fresh blackberries
- 2 sweet pickled beets, halved and sliced
- 2 ounces honey goat cheese, crumbled

Instructions
- Rinse and divide the arugula between two large salad bowls. Add 1 Tbsp Blackberry Ginger Balsamic and toss arugula to coat with vinegar.
- Top each salad with blackberries, pickled beet halves, and crumbled goat cheese. Serve fresh, and Enjoy!
