Harvest Turkey Salad

This awesome holiday dish puts a fresh spin on turkey leftovers! You can use use a variety of Pickle Creek Herb-Infused Vinegars in this recipe to give it a new taste every time! Try Blueberry Lemon Thyme Balsamic, Pear Verbena Champagne Balsamic, Blackberry Ginger Balsamic, or the oh-so-seasonal Apple Strudel Balsamic—they’re all delicious in this holiday dish!

Ingredients
  • 4 c shredded turkey or chicken
  • 1/3 c dried cranberries
  • 1/4 c chopped pecans
  • 2 oz feta cheese
  • 1/2 c good mayonaise
  • 2 Tbsp Pickle Creek Apple Strudel Infused Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp cutting celery, chopped Use 1 rib chopped celery if you don't have cutting celery

  1. Place ingredients in a large bowl and mix everything together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
