Ingredients
- 2 16 oz cans garbanzo beans
- 1/2 c tahini
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3/4 c Pickle Creek Greek Oregano and Garlic Infused Olive Oil, plus additional to garnish
- Smoked paprika
- Olives
- Fresh vegetables, warmed pita bread, crackers

Instructions
- Chop the garlic.
- Place the garbanzo beans, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt, and Greek Oregano & Garlic Olive Oil in the food processor and blend until smooth.
- Scoop out the blended hummus and arrange in a serving bowl. Drizzle with more Greek Oregano & Garlic Infused Olive Oil, sprinkle with smoked paprika, and decorate with olives in the center. Serve with a selection of fresh vegetables and warm pita bread or crackers for dipping. Enjoy!
