- 1/2 c. butter at room temperature
- 1/4 c. Pickle Creek infused olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- sea salt & cracked black pepper
- 1 loaf crusty French or Italian bread

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Pulse the garlic in a food processor until roughly chopped. Add the room-temperature butter, parsley, and olive oil and process until the mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut open the loaf of bread lengthwise, spread the herb-garlic mixture over both halves, and bake for 15 minutes, until butter is melted and bread is toasted. Enjoy!
