Pick your favorite Pickle Creek Infused Olive Oil and your favorite Pickle Creek Infused Vinegar. Shake together with raw honey, salt, and pepper. So easy. So fast. So tasty!

  • 1/4 c. your favorite Pickle Creek Herb-Infused Vinegar
  • 5/8 c. your favorite Pickle Creek Herb-Infused Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. raw honey or Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt, or more to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper, or more to taste

  • 1/4 c. your favorite Pickle Creek Herb-Infused Vinegar
  • 5/8 c. your favorite Pickle Creek Herb-Infused Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. raw honey or Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt, or more to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper, or more to taste
Instructions
  1. Place vinegar, honey (or mustard or both!), salt, and pepper in a pint jar. Screw on the lid tightly and shake well until honey and salt are mostly dissolved.
  2. Add in one-third of the olive oil, screw on the lid, and shake well. Remove the lid, add another third of the olive oil, replace the lid, and shake well again. Repeat one more time, until all the olive oil is mixed in well.
  3. Taste your vinaigrette and adjust the seasonings as needed. Drizzle over your favorite salad greens. Enjoy!
