Apple Cheddar Grilled Cheese

  • 2 Tbsp Pickle Creek Apple Strudel Infused Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 slices white cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 apple
  • 2 Tbsp Pickle Creek Apple Strudel Infused Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 slices white cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Slice the half of apple. Add apple slices and 2 Tbsp Apple Strudel Balsamic Vinegar to a small bowl and toss to coat the apple with the balsamic.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add Rosemary Olive Oil to coat the bottom of the skillet. Add 2 slices of bread. Layer each with 2 slices of white cheddar cheese and the sliced apple and cook until bread is golden brown, about 3 or 4 minutes.
  3. Top each sandwich with another slice of bread and flip. Cook until bottom bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, another about 3 or 4 minutes or so. Enjoy!
